Define the market and customer

Name the destination market, buyer type, channel and price position. Explain whether the product is intended for distributors, clinics, medspas, resellers or another professional segment.

Choose a product or technology direction

Identify an existing model, equipment category or reference product. List the required functions, machine format, handpieces, accessories, voltage and interface language.

  • Reference model or product concept
  • Must-have functions and accessories
  • Quantity and target launch timing

Separate branding from engineering changes

List logo, color, interface, packaging and manuals separately from structural, electronic, optical or firmware changes. This makes sampling, cost and timing easier to discuss.

  • Logo, color and appearance
  • UI, language and product content
  • Packaging, labels and manuals
  • Hardware, software or structural changes

Provide brand assets and approval criteria

Supply vector logos, color references, packaging direction, interface copy and the people responsible for approval. State how samples and artwork will be reviewed.

Request a project-specific quotation

Ask the manufacturer to confirm feasibility, sample type, minimum quantity, tooling or development cost, production timing, packing, delivery and support for the defined scope.
